Once you've sent a campaign from Whispir, you can review your campaign's performance under Insights. Your Engagement Insights provides you with a channel breakdown and shows you message performance with events like delivered, replied, and more*. Your Recipient Insights allows you to drill down and analyse how each recipient engaged with your campaign.

* Each channel has its own set of message events. Learn more about message events and statuses.
