From the top of the Whispir System Status page, click the 'SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES' button to subscribe to service update notifications.

You can subscribe to notifications via email or SMS.

Choose your preferred channel, enter your details and click 'subscribe'.

By default, you will be opted in to notifications for all Whispir products and services in all regions.

We recommend that you opt out of regions that are not relevant to you or your organisation, by clicking on the checkboxes for regions and services which you do not wish to receive updates.

Note: SMS notifications are only sent when an incident/maintenance is created or resolved or when maintenance begins. The email channel also includes alerts each time an incident or maintenance is updated.

If you registered via email, open the confirmation email in your inbox and click 'Confirm subscription'.

If you registered via SMS, open the confirmation SMS sent to your mobile device and click the activation link.

You may subscribe to multiple notification channels if you wish.

Change your subscription settings

If you wish to change your subscription settings, you may do so by clicking on the 'Manage your subscription' link in your notification message.

This link is unique to your subscription account.

Click 'Unsubscribe from updates' to remove yourself from future notifications.

You may also adjust which products and regions to receive system status updates from by unchecking the corresponding tick boxes and clicking 'Save' at the bottom of the screen.
