You must be logged into the Whispir platform to view articles in the Help Center.
If you cannot see any articles in the Help Center, all you have to do is log into your Whispir platform, and all relevant Help Center articles will then be visible.
To log into the Whispir platform:

Open your web browser and go to the URL issued to you on registration.
Alternatively, go directly to the Whispir website (www.whispir.com) and click Sign In at the top of the Home page. -
On the login page enter your username and password.

Click Sign In and then click your country or region.
- Once you have signed in, click on the "Help" link at the bottom of the bottom of the page. This will open the help center in a separate bowser session:
I'm logged into the Whispir platform but I still can't see any help articles.
